The Foundation will schedule site visits if desired after receipt of grant applications.
The Board meets quarterly to review grant applications. Receipt of all requests is acknowledged within thirty days. The Foundation prefers to receive applications only after all payments of a multiyear grant have been paid. The Foundation also prefers to receive applications once a year per organization. Proposals are typically processed within three months and all proposals received at least thirty days before the next scheduled Board meeting will be considered if all requested information has been provided. Board decisions on all applications are reported by mail.
For 2007, the Board tentatively plans to meet April 15, August 15, and December 15. Grant proposals must be received at least 30 days before a scheduled Board meeting to be considered, provided all requested information has been submitted.
